iSPOT Pitch Deck

Slide-by-slide pitch script for presenting iSPOT. One deck, three audiences: present the shared core (slides 1–7), then jump to the pivot that matches who is in the room.

How to Use This Deck

  • Shared core (slides 1–7) — works for every audience, about 8 minutes.
  • Pivot A — Individuals (slides 8–9): job seekers, graduates, working professionals. Empathetic tone, per the SME Anchor Pitch tone rules.
  • Pivot B — Institutions (slides 10–11): universities, career centers, graduate-employability programs. Institutional tone, per the Financial Enablers / Government pitch register.
  • Pivot C — White-label partners (slides 12–13): organizations that want their own branded assessment. Partnership tone.
  • Appendices: objection quick-reference, Bahasa Malaysia key phrases, timing guide.
  • Product facts live in iSPOT product overview — this deck uses the same claims and does not invent new ones.

Shared Core

Slide 1 — Title

On slide:

  • iSPOT — A professional report about you, in 10 minutes.
  • ispot.odela.com.my
  • Your name and date

Say:

“Thank you for your time. Today I want to show you a tool that answers a question most people struggle with: how do you work? Not what you have done — how you actually work. In about ten minutes, with no writing, iSPOT turns a person’s natural responses to real workplace scenarios into a professional report they can use immediately.”

Slide 2 — The Hook

On slide:

“When someone asks ‘tell me about yourself’ — in an interview, a review, a pitch — how long do you take to prepare an answer? And how do you know it’s what they want to hear?”

Say:

“Let me start with a question. When someone asks you to tell them about yourself — an interviewer, a manager, an investor — how long do you spend preparing that answer? (Pause.) And here is the harder part: how do you know your answer is what they actually want to hear? Most of us guess. iSPOT replaces the guess with a structured profile.”

Slide 3 — The Problem

On slide:

  • Resumes are template copies — they say what you’ve done, not how you work
  • Interviews reward rehearsal over substance
  • Most people can’t articulate their working style in employer language
  • Hardest for students and graduates: no work history to point at

Say:

“Self-presentation is broken. Resumes are template copies that list what you have done but never how you work. Interviews reward the people who rehearsed, not the people who are good. And most people simply cannot describe their working style in the language employers recognize. For students and fresh graduates it is even harder — they have no work history to point at, only potential that nobody can see.”

Slide 4 — What iSPOT Is

On slide:

  • The people-facing sibling in the SPOT product family
  • 6 real workplace scenarios — 60 seconds each, three options, go with your gut
  • Your natural responses become a downloadable professional report
  • Strengths, growth areas, and career direction — in English or Bahasa Malaysia

Say:

“iSPOT is an individual behavioral assessment — the people-facing sibling in the SPOT product family. You are placed in real workplace scenarios: a deadline conflict, a team disagreement, an ambiguous task. Each has a sixty-second timer and three possible responses. There are no right answers — you go with your gut. Your natural choices become a downloadable professional report: your strengths, your growth areas, and your career direction. And it is fully bilingual — English or Bahasa Malaysia.”

Slide 5 — How It Works

On slide:

  1. Choose your path — Student, Job Seeker, Entrepreneur, Working Professional, or Graduate
  2. Answer background questions — 5–7 questions shaped by your path
  3. Respond to 6 timed scenarios — 60 seconds each, three options
  4. Get your report — generated in under a minute

Total: about 5–10 minutes. No writing required.

Say:

“The flow takes five to ten minutes. First you choose the path that fits you — student, job seeker, entrepreneur, working professional, or graduate. You answer a handful of background questions that shape your report. Then the six scenarios — the heart of the assessment. And your report is generated in under a minute. At no point do you write an essay or fill out a form about yourself. The scenarios do the work.”

Slide 6 — What the Report Contains

On slide:

SectionWhat it tells you
ArchetypeYour behavioral style — one of seven (Pioneer, Executor, Mobilizer, Developer, Innovator, Architect, Adapter), from your two strongest traits
Trait scoresFour dimensions — Gets Things Done, Always Improving, Connects With Others, Plans Ahead — radar chart and score bars
Professional summaryA paragraph in your voice about how you approach work
StrengthsWhat you do well, and how to get even more from it
Career signalsRoles, teams, and environments where your style thrives
Growth mapWhat developed looks like, plus one small step to take now
Reflection promptA personalized question to spark your next move
ConsistencyHow strongly your responses pointed in the same direction

Say:

“The report has eight elements. Your archetype — one of seven, derived from your two strongest traits. Your scores across four behavioral dimensions, shown as a radar chart and bars. A professional summary written in your voice. Your strengths with a practical way to extend them. Career signals — the roles and environments where your style naturally thrives. A growth map with one concrete step you can take this week. A reflection prompt. And a consistency indicator showing how strongly your responses pointed in the same direction. Everything is explained — no black boxes.”

Slide 7 — The SPOT Family

On slide:

SPOT for business truth. iSPOT for people truth.

Honest methods, honestly described: SPOT’s calculations are 100% deterministic — every number traces to an uploaded document. iSPOT works differently by design: it scores behavioral choices, and its narrative sections are AI-assisted. Both share the family philosophy — structured output, transparent scoring, no black boxes — but the methods are not the same and are never described as such.

Say:

“If you already know SPOT, here is how iSPOT relates. SPOT is business truth — verified intelligence from company documents. iSPOT is people truth — structured insight from behavioral choices. Same family philosophy: structured output, transparent scoring, no black boxes. But we are honest about the difference: SPOT’s math is deterministic document extraction; iSPOT scores choices and its narrative is AI-assisted. We never blur that line — that honesty is part of the brand.”

Emphasis note: institutions care about scale and cohort-wide consistency of the reports; individuals care about the emotional hook. Same slide, different emphasis.

Pivot A — Individuals

Job seekers, graduates, working professionals. Empathetic tone.

Slide 8 — What You Get

On slide:

  • Know how you work — before someone asks
  • A report you can bring to interviews, reviews, and applications
  • Your archetype in language employers recognize
  • One concrete growth step you can take this week
  • Free, bilingual, about 10 minutes

Say:

“Here is what you personally get. You will finally know how you work — not guessed, but structured — before anyone asks you the question. You get a report you can physically bring to an interview or a performance review. Your archetype is described in the language employers already recognize. You get one concrete step to grow, this week, not someday. And it costs you nothing but ten minutes.”

Slide 9 — Closing (CTA)

On slide:

  • Try it now — ispot.odela.com.my
  • Sign up, choose your path, answer honestly
  • Your report is ready before your coffee cools

Say:

“My invitation is simple. Try it now at ispot.odela.com.my — it works on your phone. Sign up, pick your path, answer honestly — your gut, not your resume. Your report will be ready before your coffee cools. Bring it to your next interview, review, or application. Thank you.”

Pivot B — Institutions

Universities, career centers, graduate-employability programs. Institutional tone.

Slide 10 — Cohort Value

On slide:

  • Every graduate gets a structured, consistent behavioral profile
  • Dual-audience report design: the graduate’s readiness summary is the employer’s screening signal
  • One consistent format across an entire cohort
  • Bilingual — fits Malaysian student bodies

Say:

“For a university or employability program, the value is scale and consistency. Every graduate who completes the assessment receives a structured behavioral profile in the same format — cohort-wide. The report is deliberately dual-audience: the readiness summary that helps the graduate understand themselves is the same section an employer reads as a screening signal. That is the design. And it is bilingual, which matters for Malaysian student bodies.”

Slide 11 — Closing (CTA)

On slide:

  • Run a pilot with one faculty or cohort
  • Graduates complete the assessment (~10 minutes each)
  • You get a structured readiness view across the cohort
  • Employers get a consistent signal
  • Decide on scale after you see the results

Say:

“My proposal is a pilot. Pick one faculty or one cohort. Each graduate spends about ten minutes. You receive a structured readiness view across the entire cohort — in one consistent format. Employers your graduates talk to receive the same consistent signal. And you decide on scale only after you have seen the results for your own students.”

Pivot C — White-Label Partners

Organizations with their own audience: associations, portals, programs. Partnership tone.

Slide 12 — Your Own Branded Assessment

On slide:

  • Your brand, your landing page, your domain — our assessment engine
  • One codebase serves every partner — improvements land once, for all
  • Per-brand styling is a theme-variable swap
  • Onboarding a new brand: days, not months

Say:

“If you have an audience — an association, a portal, a program — you can run iSPOT under your own brand. Your landing page, your domain, your look. Underneath, it is one shared engine: when we improve the assessment or fix something, every partner gets it at once. Brand styling is a theme-variable swap, not a rebuild. Onboarding a new brand takes days, not months. The architecture is built and documented.”

Slide 13 — Closing (CTA)

On slide:

  • We deploy your branded instance on your domain
  • You own the audience relationship
  • We run and maintain the assessment engine
  • Deployment guide and onboarding checklist: ready

Say:

“The engagement is straightforward. We deploy your branded instance on your domain. You own the relationship with your audience — we are the engine behind your brand, not a marketplace in front of it. We run and maintain that engine. The deployment guide and onboarding checklist already exist. Let us scope your instance.”

iSPOT Objection Quick Reference

”Is this a personality test?” (Individuals)

“No — there is no pass or fail, and no box it puts you in. It is a behavioral profile built from how you actually respond to realistic work scenarios. The consistency indicator even shows how strongly your responses pointed in the same direction. It describes tendencies, not types."

"Will an AI just make things up about me?” (Individuals)

“Your scores come from your own choices — nothing is invented. The narrative sections are AI-assisted, written from your responses and background, and we say so plainly. That honesty is a family rule: structured output, no black boxes."

"How is this different from the career tests we already run?” (Institutions)

“Three differences. The report is dual-audience — the graduate’s readiness summary doubles as the employer’s screening signal, by design. It is scenario-based, not self-rating — responses to realistic situations rather than ‘rate yourself 1 to 5.’ And it is bilingual with one consistent format across your whole cohort."

"What happens to our data? Can it integrate with our systems?” (White-label)

“Your instance runs on your domain under your brand. The assessment engine is shared and maintained centrally — improvements land for every partner at once. Integration specifics are scoped during the engagement, and the deployment documentation is ready for your technical team to review.”
